Carl Francis Hawkins died October 2002 aged just 20.

He will always be loved and missed.

The Carl Foundation was founded in October 2007 by his family and friends as a way to bring positive outcome to their loss.

The purpose of the foundation is to provide assistance to local people, who have been disadvantaged through illness, disability or circumstance. We intend to supply whatever equipment or services that may be needed and assure that 100% of the funds raised will be used for charitable purposes.
